Deep Transformation: Awakening After Trauma
There is a you that exists beneath the walls, scars, confusion, conditioning, false internal narratives and beliefs, and seemingly endless grief. You have been trying to find this person. Maybe you have been searching for a very long time or maybe you are just realizing something is wrong, out of alignment. You know who you became to survive it. Now you seek to know who you were before you had to survive it.
The goal of this workshop is to re-connect you to your original essence and help you make contact with what is not broken in you. I know this journey is possible because I have taken it myself. Sexually assaulted at the age of 6, physically and emotionally abused throughout my childhood, a sufferer of sucidial depression for most of my life, I know intimately how crippling unhealed trauma can be. I have spent the last decade of my life trying to heal and believe I am finally on the other side. Now I want to share with you what has awakened inside of me.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect to our own internal healing resources. We will use writing exercises, guided meditation, and partner and group sharing to lead us in the direction of the transformation for which we have been searching.

An online version of this workshop will be available on September 1st. The online class will include footage of Echo teaching the class in Oakland and will be available to anyone that attends the in-person class.

Readers can purchase Echo's Wizard Academy, an online class that teaches the same life changing lessons that inspired the book. The online class will include a series of video lessons taught by Echo, a guided meditation, and a downloadable PDF of writing exercises.
Echo will also be holding several online webinar discussions for readers that have questions for Echo after reading the book. A max of 15 participants will be allowed on each call to ensure that Echo can answer all questions raised during the webinar.
The Wizard Academy and dates for webinar discussions will be released on January 14, 2020.
